Tri Tip Steak from the BBQ
Delicious and tender Tri Tip Steak from the BBQ for meat fans
| INGREDIENTS
1/2 | bottle Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz |
8 | garlic cloves, crushed |
2 tbsp | black pepper, cracked |
1/8 | cup soy sauc |
2 tbsp | red wine vinegar |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 | cups salad oil |
3 tbsp | salt |
5 | bay leaves |
1 | dried oregano |
1 | dried basil |

| PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients (without the meat) to a nice marinade. Pour the marinade into a plastic bag, add the meat, and seal the bag. Marinate the Tri Tip Steak for at least 5 days (or up to 1 week) in the fridge. Clean the meat from the marinade. Barbecue the Tri Tip Steak on the grill on both sides just as you like it best. Our wine suggestion: Drink the same wine with the Steak as you used for the marinade.
