A tasty spread from Austria



INGREDIENTS

1

packet of Chavroux goat cheese spread or (as a substitute) Philadelphia cheese

1

packet of curd-cheese

1

small onion

1

pickled cucumber

1 tbsp

capers

mustard

paprika

milk


PREPARATION

Mix the goat cheese spread (or as a substitute the Philadelphia cheese with curd-cheese) and a little bit of milk until the spread is really creamy.

Mince onion, cucumber and capers and mix them with the spread. Season with mustard and paprika (the spread should have a slightly rose colour) and refrigerate.

Serve it as a spread on crackers, pumpernickel or black bread.

Our wine suggestion:
A glass of tangy, chilly rosé wine (the best would be Austrian Schilcher) or a young, lively Riesling.
