Fresh Goat Cheese à la Mexicana
A fast and easy-to-prepare starter
| INGREDIENTS
1 | panela/formaggini |
1 | red chile |
| fresh herbs |
| olive oil |
| black pepper, coarse sea salt to taste |
| PREPARATION
Place the panela/formaggini on a platter. Slice the chile. Chop the fresh herbs. Sprinkle cheese with herbs and chile. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Sprinkle everything with good olive oil.
Our special hint: Serve with oven-warm crusty bread.
