Fresh Goat Cheese à la Mexicana


A fast and easy-to-prepare starter



INGREDIENTS

panela/formaggini

1

red chile

fresh herbs

olive oil

black pepper, coarse sea salt to taste


PREPARATION

Place the panela/formaggini on a platter. Slice the chile. Chop the fresh herbs. Sprinkle cheese with herbs and chile. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Sprinkle everything with good olive oil.
