Fresh Fruits served Jalisco Style
A fast and easy-to-prepare starter from Central Mexico
| INGREDIENTS
1 | small cucumber |
1/2 | melon |
1/2 | pineapple |
| lime juice |
| coarse sea salt |
| coarsely ground chile pepper |
| PREPARATION
Peel cucumber, melon and pineapple and cut into slices. Arrange nicely on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sea salt and chile pepper. Squeeze lime juice over everything.
Our wine suggestion: This fresh appetizer tastes best with a cold beer or Tequila.
Our special hint: You can use any fruit and vegetable you have available. This dish works with watermelon, jicama, apples, papaya, oranges, and more.
