A fast and easy-to-prepare starter from Central Mexico



INGREDIENTS

small cucumber

1/2

melon

1/2

pineapple

lime juice

coarse sea salt

coarsely ground chile pepper


PREPARATION

Peel cucumber, melon and pineapple and cut into slices. Arrange nicely on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sea salt and chile pepper. Squeeze lime juice over everything.
